What payment options do you accept for online orders and how are credit card payments processed?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
If you are paying with personal check or money order you will have to call, fax, or mail your order to us. You have two options for filling out an order form. Either print out the online order form or download and complete the ORDER FORM.

What is your shipping policy?
We ship by United Parcel Service. Orders processed before 12:00 p.m. today are normally shipped that day. Please note during busy holiday's we will do our best to ensure your products are shipped promptly. (Shipping prices are non-refundable if when due to late shipment.)
Certain perishable meat items, as Spiral Sliced Hams are not shipped over the weekend but are shipped the next business day.
Second Day fee is $12, and Overnight fee is $27.
Do you ship out of the United States?
No, we cannot ship to foreign countries because of foreign import restrictions
Can you ship my purchase overnight?
Yes, we provide overnight shipping via United Parcel Service (UPS), however, we cannot guarantee during busy holiday periods. We will make every effort to ensure your product arrives. Please order holiday gifts early to ensure prompt delivery.
Each item has a standard shipping fee in additional to a Next Day or Second Day UPS fee. Second Day fee is $12, and Overnight fee is $27.
Is my online purchase subject to any sales taxes?
You are subject to a 2.5% Virginia sales tax on all items purchased (except shipping or handling fees) if you are shipping items to Virginia or if you are a purchaser that resides in Virginia. Otherwise, we do not charge any other sales taxes.
Do you sell a ham that has less salt content?
Our Spiral sliced hams are not as salty.
How do you recommend slicing a Virginia and Smithfield ham for
serving?
Instructions are sent with our products on slicing and caring for each ham.
Slice our products using a sharp kitchen knife and slice "wafer-thin" or no more than 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch. Please slice our hams just prior to serving.
How many people can I expect to serve upon purchase of my whole Virginia or Smithfield ham?
Sliced "wafer-thin" each ham will provide up to 250-300 small party biscuits or rolls. Serving as a meal, up to thirty people can enjoy each ham.
How long can the meat items be kept refrigerated?
Any meat item already cooked should be refrigerated to prevent spoilage.
In many instances, you can refrigerate for up to six months or
longer except our cheesecakes, which should be consumed within several
weeks upon receipt.
Uncooked meat products should be hung in a dry, cool place like a garage until
cooked or you can refrigerate.
What do I do if my ham arrives with mold on the surface?
Mold appears only on uncooked ham or bacon products. Simply wash off in hot water and scrub mold off with a stiff brush before cooking.
Like fine aged cheese, dry cured hams and bacon tend to mold under
certain conditions.
What is your return policy?
We require that any unsatisfactory product must be returned within 10 days before refund or replacement is made.
